When he is not busy over the stove you can find Chef Karl making some of his specialties (see list below) for you to take home with you. Call or come by to pick up an order.

If you have a special request or are hungry for some special items just call and talk to Karl and he will gladly make it for you. 

	Swiss House Seasoning Salt - Unique flavoring to be used on Fish, Meats, Pasta and even Salads!
	Oatmeal Cookies - Hot off the baking rack, firm and delicious!
	Hot Pepper Jelly - Excellent with a "kick", served with Lamb, Chicken or Pork.
	Swiss Country Bread - Old Country Hard Crust without preservatives, can be kept in freezer for several weeks, so stock up!
	Cracker Bread - American-Style flatbread. Excellent with spreads, salads, or by itself! We serve it with our liver paté.
	Meringues Shells - Cookies in "swirl" shape, can be elegantly served with ice cream and whipped cream. Also Meringue Glacé.
	Swiss House Leckerli. A special Swiss cookie.
